Minutes of the Planning Committee Meeting held on Tuesday 12th January 2021 at 6.45pm Conducted on-line via ZOOM – Meeting ID: 955 4408 1866

188 RECORDING OF PROCEEDINGS
The Clerk was recording the meeting for the Parish Council.
No one else present intended to film, photograph or record any items on the agenda.

The Committee AGREED that no items needed this requirement.
191 MINUTES OF THE PLANNING COMMITTEE
191.1 The Minutes of the Planning Committee Meeting held on 1st December 2020 were APPROVED and signed as a correct record.
191.2 Matters arising from the minutes NOT otherwise covered in the Agenda: None
192 PLANNING COMMITTEE
192.1 To consider the following planning applications:
• 20/506118/FULL Frith Farm Cottage Dean Street
EFPC raised no Objections. It was unanimously AGREED to RECOMMEND APPROVAL.
• 20/505622/FULL 5 Station Hill Cottages Station Hill
As this is a Conservation Area, EFPC recommended that Light Pollution is considered. It was unanimously AGREED to RECOMMEND APPROVAL but Planning Officer be mindful of Light Pollution.
• 20/505486/FULL Former Water Pumphouse at Corner of Dean St and Workhouse Lane
EFPC are in favour of the previously approved application for this development and have no objections to the revised application with the condition that, Highways are satisfied with vision splays. Further, that the officers consider the view approaching from the South meets the requirements discussed in the pre-application formalities that were agreed for the currently approved application.
• 20/505620/FULL Orchard Cottage Dean Street
EFPC raised no Objections. It was unanimously AGREED to RECOMMEND APPROVAL.

• 20/505970/LAWPRO Domus Corrodian
Application for a Lawful Development Certificate: EFPC made no further comments.
• 20/505798/LBC 6 Adelaide Cottages Lower Road
EFPC wish to see this application REFUSED unless the Ragstone Wall is replaced along the front of the property and maintained. This is in order to maintain the Conservation of the area. The picket fence suggested is not reinstating the original design.
192.2 To receive notifications of any planning decisions made by MBC since the last meeting:

MBC Planning are of the opinion that Permission/Consent is required for the above proposal
• 20/504903/FULL Videons Station Hill: GRANTED
• 20/504957/OUT Kettle Farmhouse Kettle Lane: REFUSED
• 20/504926/FULL Rockwell New Cut: GRANTED
• 20/504456/FULL Foxcroft Wilsons Lane: GRANTED
• 20/504562/FULL Land rear of 2 Mays Cottages Adj to Lower Road: REFUSED. It was noted that part of this application is retrospective in respect of the Car Port. It was agreed to check the original planning application regards approval/refusal of the Car Port.
192.3 To note any information reported to/received from MBC on planning enforcement issues:
• ENF/20/500953/LSTBP2 Old School Hall – Overspill of living accommodation/time span
• ENF/20/500924/CHANGE – change of use of barn at Horseshoes Riding Stables
192.4 Any other planning matters, including late planning applications:
• 20/506074/SUB The Victoria Inn Heath Road
EFPC raised no objections to the Discharge of Conditions in this application. However, if MBC Planning are mindful to approve, EFPC recommend that consideration be given to local residents as per original requested condition.
