VOLUNTEERS URGENTLY NEEDED

VOLUNTEERS URGENTLY NEEDED

East Farleigh Parish Council have gratefully received a grant to plant more trees on the Recreation Ground in Vicarage Lane, East Farleigh.

Your Parish Council are working hard to make much needed improvements to this area – including refurbishment of the play area and football pitch.

Now in conjunction with The Medway Valley Countryside Partnership  (www.medwayvalley.org / www.kentcountryside.org.uk )

we have the opportunity to be part of the Kent Tree Planting initiative and enhance the environment of the East Farleigh Recreation Ground.

And, this is where YOU are needed 😊

We urgently need volunteers to help plant the trees – it will be one day from approximately 9am to 3pm on Monday 13th February 2023 (bring your own refreshments).

PLEASE HELP US MAKE THIS A LOVELY AREA FOR THE VILLAGE TO ENJOY.

  1. Happy to help – working at home that day but can take an hour or two around things if any good? Sorry not available for the full shift.

    1. Dear Sally Gear
Thank you so much for contacting EFPC regards volunteering for the tree planting initiative. Unfortunately, I have only just received your comment as the office has been closed because I was away on leave for a while.

Your offer is very much appreciated and we hope you will take a wander and look at the wonderful new trees.

      Kind regards
