East Farleigh Fete Working Group – AGM

About Us
For a number of years we have been responsible for organising the village fete and also the Carols around the Christmas tree event held in the churchyard.
Last year we held a Fete to celebrate King Charles Coronation on the rec and managed to raise over £750 for local projects. This is separate to the money raised by the Friends of East Farleigh School and the Farleigh’s WI.
Support for local projects
We are looking for community organisations/projects to support this year, so if you know of a good local project that needs support please let us know.
We need your help!
We are looking to hold another fete this year and more help is always welcome. If you’d like to help on the day, organise a specific task or to join us on the Fete Working Group meetings where we organise the event please let us know.
At the AGM
We will cover the following items
- Summary of 2023 activity
- Nominations for Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer.
- Present the East Farleigh Fete Working Group accounts.
- Receive Ideas for what groups/projects to support in the village.
- Discuss ideas for this year’s fete.
